Shipping Charges

A small Cash on Delivery (COD) handling fee may apply at checkout.

All ELITEKART products are shipped in secure, tamper-proof packaging to maintain hygiene and product safety.
Delivery Attempts
Courier partners will typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If the order is undelivered due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal, it may be returned to our warehouse.
7-Day Return Policy (Brief)
We offer a 7-day return/replacement policy for eligible orders from the date of delivery.
You may request a return or replacement if:

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened personal-care products may not be eligible for return unless defective.
